  • Are Pets Allowed?

    Yes

    We allow 2 pets (dogs or cats) per apartment, under 35 lbs. per pet, with a pet deposit.

  • What Floor Plans Are Available?

  • Do Apartments Come Furnished?

    K-Ten Apartments do not come furnished, but come with a washer and dryer and stainless steel kitchen appliances.


    2 Corporate Apartments (1 and 2 bedrooms) are available for rent. They are fully furnished, and all utilities are included. Please contact the office at 913-583-2111 for more details.

  • What Utilities Am I Paying For?

    Tenants of K-Ten Place pay for the following utilities:

    • Water, sewer, and trash (average $40 per month total)
    • Electricity (average $100 per month)

    No other utilities are provided.

  • What Is A Guarantor?

    A guarantor is a co-signer for your lease agreement and allows us to qualify you for your lease based on their income.

     

    A guarantor can be a family member or friend who can vouch on your behalf for your ability to make payments.


    A resident can also act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation (as outlined in the lease agreement) that they have income greater than three times the rental installment.

  • How Do I Apply?

  • When Is The Pool Open?

    Our pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. 


  • Is Renters Insurance Required?

    Yes

    K-Ten Place requires renters insurance for all tenants.


  • How Do I Submit A Maintenance Request?

    To submit a maintenance request, please visit our Tenant Portal. 

  • What Credit Score Does K-Ten Require?

    K-Ten Place requires tenants to have a credit score of 650 or above.
